IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT, IN BANKRUPTCY.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of the petition of LOUIS EHRENFRIED, and BERNARD EHRENFRIED, both of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Storekeepers, trading in co-partnership under the style or firm of "EHRENFRIED BROTHERS."
NOTICE is hereby given that this honor-Court did this day adjudge the above named LOUIS EHRENFRIED and BERNARD EHRENFRIED, bankrupts, appoint a first meeting of their Creditors to be held, and prescribe Friday, the 17th day of April, now next ensuing, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House at Westport, above mentioned, as the day, hour, and place, of the said meeting, and within which time the said Bankrupts are required to surrender.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of ALEXANDER HAMILTON KING and EDWARD COWLEY of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, storekeepers.
NOTICE is hereby given, that at an adjournment of the first meeting of the Creditors in this estate, held this day at the Court-House, Westport, aforesaid, a resolution was passed by a majority in number, representing three-fourths in value of the Creditors present, or represented thereat, accepting a proposal then made by the above named bankrupts, for taking the estate out of bankruptcy: And further, that the said meeting was adjourned until ten o'clock on Monday, the twentieth day of April, now instant.
