NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a SITTING of the SUPREME COURT will be held on the FIRST MAY next, for the purpose of hearing APPEALS under "The Appeals from Sentences Act, 1867."
All cases stated must be transmitted to the Registrar, Nelson.

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JAMES COLVIN, and MICHAEL D'ARCEY, of Addison's Flat, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Storekeepers, trading under the style of "COLVIN AND D'ARCEY."
NOTICE is hereby given that by a deed bearing date the 3rd day of April, instant, made between the said JAMES COLVIN and MICHAEL D'ARCEY, of the first part JOHN CORR and THOMAS BAILLIE, both of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, aforementioned, Merchants, of the second part, and the several other Creditors of the said JAMES COLVIN and MICHAEL D'ARCEY, of the third part; The said JAMES COLVIN and MICHAEL D'ARCEY conveyed and assigned all and singular, the real and personal estate therein described unto the said JOHN CORR and THOMAS BAILLIE, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, upon certain trusts for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said JAMES COLVIN and MICHAEL D'ARCEY; And notice is hereby further given that the said deed was duly executed od the 3rd day of February, instant, in presence of and the same is attested by HARRY PITT, of Westport, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same deed was this day filed in this Court, and the same may forthwith be executed by all Creditors of the said JAMES COLVIN and MICHAEL D'ARCEY.
