In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," in the matter of the petition of JOSEPH KOHN, and FREDERICK KELLEMANN, of Hunter-street, in the City of Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, trading as JOSEPH KOHN and Company, Merchants: And in the matter of ROBERT ALCORN, WILLIAM M'FARLAND, and JAMES M'FARLAND, all of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, trading in co-partnership, under the style or firm of Alcorn and Co.
NOTICE is hereby given, that on the twelfth day of March last past, this honorable court did on the petition of the above named JOSEPH KOHN and FREDERICK KELLEMANN, adjudge the above named ROBERT ALCORN, WILLIAM M'FARLAND, and JAMES M'FARLAND, bankrupts, and that the said ROBERT ALCORN, WILLIAM M'FARLAND, and JAMES M'FARLAND have this day filed in the said Court a declaration signed by them (their signatures being attested by a Solicitor) of their consent to notice of the said adjudication being gazetted: And notice is hereby further given, that the said order of adjudication appoints a first meeting of the creditors of the said ROBERT ALCORN, WILLIAM M'FARLAND, and JAMES M'FARLAND to be held, and prescribes the twenty-third day of March, now next ensuing, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House at Westport above-mentioned, as the day, hour, and place of the said meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given that this honorable Court, did this day ADJUDGE the above-named BERNARD ROGERS, Bankrupt; appoint a first meeting of his Creditors to be held; and PRESCRIBE the 23rd day of May, now next ensuing at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, at Westport, in the Province and Colony aforesaid, as the day, hour, and place, of the said meeting, and within which time the said Bankrupt is required to surrender.
