NOTICE is hereby given that JAMES MAYFIELD MERRINGTON, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Draper, did on TUESDAY, the 31st day of December, 1867, File at the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he the said James Mayfield Merrington was unable to meet his engagements with his creditors.

Dated this thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-seven.
