I, THE UNDERSIGNED, HENRY ELMES CAMPBELL, hereby make application to register "The Argyle Quartz Mining Company, registered" under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is "The Argyle Quartz Mining Company registered."
- The place of operation is at the River Waimangoroa, adjoining the Westport Company's claim.
- The nominal Capital of the Company is Ten thousand pounds, in two thousand shares of five pounds each.
- The amount already paid up is two thousand five hundred pounds.
- The name of the Manager is Henry Elmes Campbell.
- The office of the Company is at No. 1 Molesworth-street Westport.
- The names and several residences of the shareholders and the number of shares held by each at this date are as follows:—

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership hitherto existing between DAVID HENDERSON MURDOCH, EDWIN GOUGH, and MATTHEW MAJOR MOREY, carrying on business at Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, in co-partnership as Hotelkeepers, under the style or firm of Morey and Co., is DISSOLVED by mutual consent.
And notice is hereby further given, that the said business will be CARRIED ON by the said MATTHEW MAJOR MOREY alone. All DEBTS DUE by the said firm are to be PAID by the said MATTHEW MAJOR MOREY; and all debts owing to the said firm are to be paid to the said MATTHEW MAJOR MOREY, whose receipt for the same will alone be a sufficient discharge.
