THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that the voters of the District of Cobden having neglected or omitted to elect the required number of persons to act as a Local Committee of Education for that district, he has, in accordance with the provisions of the 10th Section of the Education Act 1863, appointed,

HENRY LUCAS, WM. HENRY STONE,
WILLIAM BOASE, SETH DOANE,
JOHN WM. HALL, JAMES THOMPSON.

Members of the Local Committee of Education for the said District of Cobden.

IN accordance with the provisions of the 2nd and 3rd sections of the "Public Cemeteries Act, 1859," the Superintendent has been pleased to appoint the undermentioned Gentlemen, Trustees for the management of the Richmond and Takaka Cemeteries viz:β€”
