THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that the Voters of the Districts of Motupipi and Takaka, having neglected or omitted to elect the required number of Persons to fill up the Vacancies in the Local Committees of Education for those Districts, he has in accordance with the provisions of the 10th Section of the "Education Act, 1863," appointed the under-mentioned Persons MEMBERS of the LOCAL COMMITTEE of EDUCATION for those Districts respectively, viz.:—

For the District of Motupipi—
SAMUEL G. ROBINSON,
DANIEL MOULDER, and
MAGNUS MANSON.

For the District of Takaka—
WILLIAM PAGE,
JOHN PAGE, and
ROBERT R. FELLOWS.

CHARLES HUNTER BROWN, Esq.,
JOHN WALLIS BARNICOAT, Esq., and
DAVID ROUGH, Esq.

have been appointed a COMMITTEE for the MANAGEMENT of the NELSON HOSPITAL, in accordance with the "provisions of the "Nelson Hospital Act, 1859."
