NOTICE is hereby given, that the sections of LAND in the TOWN OF COBDEN, advertised to be sold by public auction on SATURDAY, the 27th day of July, are WITHDRAWN from the sale so advertised, in order to the auction sale being conducted at Cobden, notice of which will be given in a future advertisement.

APPLICATIONS for DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Regulations of the "Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands during the month of June :—
R. M. Stewart ... District—The Boyle.
Being for all the grass land on the north side of the run at present held by Stewart and Fisher.
Estimated Extent—1000 acres.
Deposit—£5.
R. M. Stewart ... District—The Boyle.
Bounded on the North by the Boyle, and the run at present held by Stewart and Fisher; on the west by a line from the southern extremity of the said run; and on the East and South by the runs held respectively by Mr. T. Brunner and Messrs. Cross and Holmes.
Estimated Extent—4000 acres.
Deposit—£10.
