IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, MIDDLE DISTRICT.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865," the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1866," and in the matter of the petition of THOMAS ANDREWS, of Spring Grove, Waimea South, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Farmer, District Constable, and Deputy Postmaster.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that JOHN SHARP, Esquire, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, has appointed TUESDAY, the 11th day of June next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of ROBERT POLLOCK, Esq., Inspector in Bankruptcy, Hardy-street, Nelson, as the time and place for holding a MEETING OF CREDITORS of the said Petitioner, for the purpose of recommending Trustees of his Estate to the Court, and the mode of winding up the Estate of the said Petitioner; and before the date of the meeting Creditors must prove their debts.
