NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned ALLOTMENTS OF LAND will be put up to PUBLIC AUCTION, at the Crown Lands Office, Nelson, on SATURDAY, the 15th day of June, 1867, at Twelve o'clock, noon.

Ten per cent. of the purchase money to be deposited at the sale, and the remainder to be paid within one month, or deposit forfeited.
