APPLICATIONS FOR DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Regulations of the "Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands during the month of March, 1867 :—

David Kean
District, Upper Waiau.
Commencing from the North Western boundary of application of Count de la Pasture, of 21st September, 1866, and including all the available land on both sides of the River Hope, to the North West of Count de la Pasture's application.
Estimated extent, 6000 acres.
Deposit—£10.

Pavitt, Jones, and Pavitt
District of Amuri.
Bounded on the North by the southern boundary of Mr. H. Adam's License, East by the River Ann, South and West by wooded hills.
Estimated extent, under 3000 acres.
Deposit—£5.

Pavitt, Jones, and Pavitt
District, The Waiau.
Being for all the available land on the West of the River Waiau. Bounded on the North by the License issued in favor of George Willmer; East by the River Waiau; South by a line parallel to Northern boundary at a distance or six miles; West by a line parallel to the River Waiau, at a distance of two and a-half miles.
Estimated extent, under 6000 acres.
Deposit—£10.

H. P. Malthus
District, The Hope
Being for all the country available for pastoral purposes, lying on the banks of that branch of the River Hope which runs in a north-westerly direction from the junction of the Hope with Kiwi Creek.
Estimated extent, 3000 acres.
Deposit—£5.

W. M'Rae
District, The Amuri.
Being for all the open country lying between the run of Count de la Pasture on the Westward, the bush, and the run held by W. L. Hawkins, on the Northward, and his present license Southward and Eastward.
Estimated extent, 5000 acres.
Deposit—£10.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, MIDDLE DISTRICT,

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862," the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865," the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1866," and in the matter of the Petition of WILLIAM WEEDEN,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that JOHN SHARP, Esquire, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, has appointed MONDAY, the 22nd of April next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-house, Nelson, as the time and place for holding a MEETING OF CREDITORS of the said Petitioner, for the purpose of recommending Trustees of his Estate to the Court, and the mode of winding up the Estate of the said Petitioner; and before the date of the meeting Creditors must prove their debts.
