NELSON, April 5th, 1867.

A NEW EDUCATION DISTRICT, to be called the Education District of COBDEN, is hereby constituted, the boundaries of which District are as follows :—

On the South, the North Bank of the River Grey, from its mouth to the South-eastern angle of the block of land leased to the Nelson Coal Mining Company.

On the East, the North-Eastern Boundary of the said block.

On the North, a line drawn due West from the North-Eastern angle of the said block to Point Elizabeth.

On the West, the cost line from Point Elizabeth to the mouth of the Grey.
