NOTICE is hereby given, that
decisions in favor of the undermentioned applicants for Licenses to Depasture
Stock, have been given in accordance with
the "Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863."

H. P. DE LA PASTURE, Amuri, 6,000 acres.
G. WILLMER, Waiau, 3,000 acres.
HAMILTON & PERCIVAL, Admiralty Bay,
3,000 acres.
GARNES & LAKE, Croixelles, 3,000 acres.
Boundaries not to be definitely settled until
plans of the Runs have been sent in, as required by the Act.

Leasing Act, 1865."

Being for all the unsold lands included in the two Depasturing
Licenses (Nos. 75 and 76) held
by him in that district.

Estimated extent, 9,000 acres.
Deposit paid, Β£300.
