APPLICATIONS FOR DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Regulations of the Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands during the month of January, 1866.

D. & J. KERR—District, the Blue Glen.
Being for the grass-patch, bounded on all sides by forest, and occupying a ridge between the Wairau, Motupiko, and Motueka Rivers, to the southward of the Blue Glen Mountain.
Extent, under 3,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £5.

H. FANSELOW—District, the Waiau.
Over all the available country lying on the west side of the river Waiau, bounded on the south by Mr. Brunner's application on the Hope.
Estimated extent, 20,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £30.

N. FOWLER—District, the Waiau.
Over all the available country situated in the Waiau-ua Gorge, and bounded on the north by G. Willmer's application, on the west by the north branch of the River Waiau, on the south by the Waiau-ua Proper, on the east by straight lines drawn across the ranges.
Estimated extent, 20,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £30.
