NOTICE is hereby given, that all that parcel of Land containing 2,400 acres or thereabouts, being included within the boundaries of the Run at present held under Depasturage License, by Mr. S. A. Pike, and known as the Totara Flat, has been withdrawn from such License for the purposes of settlement.

NOTICE TO MARINERS.
HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified, that a Bell Buoy painted red surmounted by a black beacon has been placed as a Fairway Buoy at the entrance of Nelson Harbor and Waimea River, and now lies in 3½ fathoms at low water spring-tide, with the following compass bearings, viz :—
Entrance to Nelson Harbor, East North-East.
Entrance to Waimea River, South by East ½ East.
