APPLICATIONS FOR DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Regulations of the Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands during the month of June, 1866.
C. A. MUNTZ—District the Howard.
Bounded on the northward by Mr. John Kerr's southern boundary, and including all the available country on the River Howard and its tributaries.
Estimated extent, 3,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £5.
C. A. MUNTZ—District the Big Bush.
Bounded on the north by the southern boundary of the reserve at the edge of the bush; westward by the River Motupiko; eastward by a line three-quarters of a mile from the same and including also the swamp in which the Motupiko rises.
Estimated extent, 3,000 acres.

ALPHONSO JACKLYN—District the Buller.
Being the River bed of the Buller and Rotuiti from Devil's Grip, to boundary of Gold-field lately proclaimed.

Being all the available land on the north bank of the Hope above its junction with the Boyle, also country south of the Hope, bounded on the north by bush; east by Kiwi Creek; south by River Hope; and west by bush.
