APPLICATIONS FOR DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Regulations of the Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands during the month of June, 1866.

OTTO WIESENHAVERN—District of West Wanganui.
Bounded on the West and South by a mud-flat in West Wanganui inlet; and East and North by high mountains.
Estimated extent, 3000 acres.
Deposit paid, £5.

THOMAS CARTER—District the Clarence.
Bounded on the eastward by the crest of the range to the westward of the Acheron; northward by the crest of the range between the head of the Alma and Leader-dale Valley; southward and westward by the Clarence.
Estimated extent, 10,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £5.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, trading at the City of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, as Merchants, under the style or firm of "Edmund Buxton and Company," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
