TENDERS will be received at this Office, until Monday, the 20th August, from persons desirous of Leasing, for the purpose of erecting a Wharf thereon, all that unoccupied block of Land, having a frontage of about 390 feet to the Nelson Haven, and situated between the Albion Wharf and the wharf and land now in the occupation of Mr. William Akersten.
