NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders in this Company will be held at the Trafalgar Hotel, Nelson, on FRIDAY, the 28th July next, at 7 o\'clock p.m. to confirm the following Resolution, passed at a meeting of shareholders held on the 15th May last :—
"That it is expedient and desirable to wind up the Nelson and Marlborough Coast Steam Navigation Company (limited) with all convenient speed."

IN consequence of an OBJECTION having been raised by a Gentleman representing two Absentee Shareholders, that the NOTICE of the MEETING, held on the 12th instant was INFORMAL, the Directors of this Company deem it advisable to call a MEETING, de novo, for the above purpose, when they particularly invite a full attendance of the SHAREHOLDERS.
