In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862," and in the matter of the petition of ARTHUR DEVERY and LUKE GREEN, of Deep Creek in the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand, Storekeepers, trading there under the style or firm of Devery, Green, and Co.

NOTICE is hereby given that this Petition is appointed to be heard at the Court House, in the City of Nelson aforesaid, on TUESDAY, the 23rd May, 1865, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon.
