IT is hereby notified that a Writ issued for Election of a Superintendent for the Province of Nelson has been returned with an endorsement to the effect that

ALFRED SAUNDERS, Esquire,
has been duly elected.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that Writs issued for the Election of Members of the Provincial Council for the undermentioned Districts of the Province of Nelson have been returned with certificates to the effect that

the undermentioned Gentlemen have been duly elected, viz.,β€”

For the City of Nelson,

of Nelson, Freeholder.

For the District of Waimea South,
ARTHUR ROBERT OLIVER,
of Motueka Valley, Freeholder.
