Montere, Baton, Dove Dale, Wai-wero, Motueka, Riwaka, Sandy Bay, and Astrolabe District and is bounded by the sea from Abel Head to the mouth of the Waimea West, thence by the high water mark Waimea West mudflat to road line section 194, Montere, thence by the Waimea South and West District to the Mount Arthur Range, thence by the Mount Arthur Range to Mount Arthur, and thence by the Mount Arthur Range to the sea at Abel Head.

The Takaka District comprises the Taitapu, Motupipi, Takaka, Wai-nui, Totara-nui, and Awarua Districts, and is bounded by the Sea from Rangihaeta Head, to Abel Head, thence by the Motueka District to Mount Arthur, thence by the Mountain range to Mount Domett, thence by the Mountain range to Slate River Peak, and thence by the Water-shed to Rangihaeta Head.

The Collingwood District comprises the Milnthorpe, Collingwood, Seaford, and West Wanganui Districts, and is bounded by the Sea from the Sand Spit, to Rangihaeta Head, thence by the Takaka District, to Mount Domett, thence by the Mountain range to Kahorangi Point, and thence by the Pacific Ocean to the Sand Spit.

I hereby certify that JAMES MAWHINNY has this day produced before me his diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, his diploma from the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh, and his certificate as Licentiate of the Apothecaries Hall, Dublin, and has thereby qualified himself as a Medical Practitioner, in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance, Session I., No. 2, of the Provincial Council of New Munster, intituled "An Ordinance to define the qualifications and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners."
