The Odd-Fellows' Hall, and
The Office of the Board of Works.
For the Suburban North District.
The School-room, Suburban North.
For the Waimea East District.
The School-room, Richmond,
The School-room, Suburban South.
For the Waimea West District.
The Southern School-room, Waimea-west
For the Waimea South District.
The School-room, Spring Grove,
The School-room, Wakefield.
For the Motueka District.
The Motueka Institute,
The School-room, Riwaka.
For the Moutere District.
The School-room, Upper Moutere,
The School-room, Lower Moutere.
For the Massacre Bay District.
The Court-house, Collingwood,
The School-room, Motupipi,
Mr. George Taylor's House, Takaka.
For the Amuri District.
Mr. Duppa's Woolshed.

And I do hereby further appoint the several
Polling Places hereinafter specified to be the
principal Polling Places for the respective
Districts namely:—

The Provincial Hall, Town of Nelson,
The School-room, Suburban North.
The School-room, Richmond, Waimea-
east,
The School-room, Waimea-west,
The School-room, Spring Grove, Waimea-
south,
The Motueka Institute, Motueka,
The School-room, Upper Moutere,
The Court-house, Collingwood, Massacre
Bay,
Mr. Duppa's Woolshed, Amuri.

Given under my hand at Nelson, this
Seventh day of March, One thousand
eight hundred and sixty-four.

March 9, 1864.

IN pursuance of the power in me
vested in that behalf by the 2nd Section
of the "Vaccination Act, 1863," I hereby
declare the undermentioned Districts to be
Vaccination Districts, in the Province of
Nelson, for the purposes of the said Act;
viz.—

  1. The Nelson District comprises the town
    of Nelson, the Wakatu, and the Districts of
    Suburban North and South, and is bounded
    by the sea from the Quarantine ground near
    Stoke to the most easterly point within the
    Croixelles Harbor, thence by the boundary
    of the Province to the Dun Mountain,
    thence along the same range and down the
    spur to the westward of Poor Man's Valley,
    and thence by the line of road leading to
    Waimea Mud Flats between Sections 76
    and IV. Suburban South, and thence by the
    high-water mark to the Quarantine ground.

  2. The Waimea East District comprises
    part of Suburban South District, Waimea
    East and the Aniseed Valley, and is bounded
    from the Waimea Mud Flats to the Dun
    Mountain by the Nelson District thence by
    the boundary line of the Province to Mount
    Rintoul, thence by the spurs of the same
    range to the river Lee, thence by the banks
    of the rivers Lee, Wairoa, and Waimea to
    the mouth of the last named river, and
    thence by high-water mark to the commence-
    ment of the district.

  3. The Waimea South and West District
    comprises the Waimea South, Waimea West,
    Eve's Valley, Redwood's Valley, Wai-iti,
    Eighty-eight Valley, Wairoa, Upper Motu-
    eka, Motupiko and Wangapeka districts, and
    is bounded by high water mark from Section
    No. 194, Moutere, to the Mouth of the
    Waimea River, thence by the Waimea East
    district to the summit of Mount Rintoul,
    thence by the boundary line of the Province
    to the Top House, thence by the road
    through the Big Bush to Lake, thence by
    the Watershed between the basins of the
    Motueka and Buller, to the Mount Arthur
    Range, thence by the range of hills dividing
    Stanley Brook from Dove Dale to
    the Castle, thence by the Watershed between
    Eve's and Redwood's Valleys, and the
    line of road from the Red Hill to Section
    194, Moutere.

  4. The Motueka District comprises the
