Crown Land Office, Nelson,
4th March, 1864.

IN accordance with the provisions of the Land Regulations of the 15th February, 1860, Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned Sections are withdrawn from the Sale of Crown Lands advertised to take place at this office on the 31st instant, viz:

Nos. 1, 2, and 3, of square No. 81 (Lottery Bush).

Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 15 and 16, of Square No. 80; Nos. 54, 56, 60, 61, 71, 79, and 82 of Square No. 85; and Nos. 19 and 21 of Square No. 86 (Hawkswood Run).

Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Square No. 84 (an Island in Waiau).

The above Sections are now included in the Crown Land Sale advertised to take place on the 6th June, 1864.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the undermentioned ALLOTMENTS of LAND will be put up to PUBLIC AUCTION at the Crown Land Office, Nelson, on MONDAY, the 6th day of June, 1864, at Twelve o'clock noon.

Ten per cent. of the purchase money to be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder to be paid within one month, or the deposit forfeited.
