July, 1862; on the south-west,
from the head of the said valley
till it meets the boundary of the
sold land as shown in Square No.
10; on the north-west, by the
coast-line till it meets the boun-
dary of the sold land shown in
Square No. 11, thence continuing
the line of that boundary till it
meets the first-mentioned boun-
dary.
Estimated extent, under 3,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £5.
HANS FANSELOW—District, the Upper Wai-
rau.
Being the open land lying along the
boundary of the Province of
Marlborough for ten miles, in a
north-easterly direction, from a
point upon the said boundary
opposite the Top-House.
Estimated extent, under 6,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £10.
G. W. SCHRODER—District, Upper Wairau.
Bounded on the northward by the
Government Reserve near the
Top-House; on the eastward, by
the Wairau River; on the south-
ward by a Government Reserve;
on the westward by the foot of
the ranges.
Estimated extent, under 10,000
acres.

PROCLAMATION.
By his Honor JOHN PERRY ROBINSON,
Esquire, Superintendent of the Pro-
vince of Nelson, in the Islands of New
Zealand, &c., &c., &c.
IN pursuance of the power in me
vested, I do hereby proclaim and declare
that from and after the day of the date
hereof the DISTRICT of TWO-FOLD
BAY, in the Colony of New South Wales,
shall be deemed to be an "Infected District"
within the meaning of the "Diseased Cattle
Act, 1861," and that no Cattle shall be
allowed to be imported from that District
into the Province of Nelson.
Given under my hand and issued under
the Public Seal of this Province, this
Fifth day of February, One thou-
sand eight hundred and sixty-four.
