COLLINGWOOD.
East.—High-water mark of Golden Bay from the Sand-spit to the mouth of the River Pariwhakaho, and a line drawn thence straight to the summit of Slate River Peak, and thence straight to the summit of Mount Snowdon.
South.—A line drawn along the summit of the watershed from the summit of Mount Snowdon to the summit of Mount Domett, and thence in a straight line to Kahurangi Point.
North-west.—High-water mark of the Pacific Ocean, from Kahurangi Point to the Sand-spit at the point where the eastern boundary commences.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province, at Nelson, this seventeenth day of June, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the meeting of the voters of the Pangatotara District, constituted under the authority of the "Country Roads Act, 1856," for the purpose of electing a District Road Board, to carry into effect the provisions of the said Act, will be at the SCHOOLHOUSE, PANGATOTARA, on MONDAY the 4th day of July next, at noon.
In the event of a poll being demanded, the polling will take place immediately after the nomination, and close at five o'clock on the same day, in accordance with the provisions of the 5th section of the "Country Roads Amendment Act, 1858."

ALTERATION OF ROADS.
THE undersigned hereby gives notice that he intends to apply to two or more Justices of the Peace, having jurisdiction within the Province of Nelson, at a sitting to be held on Monday the 1st of August now next, at the School-room, Lower Moutere, for an order for stopping up, diverting and also making the undermentioned roads, and further that he will cause survey plans of the several roads proposed to be stopped up, substituted, and made, together with books of reference and estimates, to be deposited on or before the 18th of June, 1864, with the Clerk to the Magistrates, at Lower Moutere, and with Mr. George Madge Taylor, Constable for the Moutere :—
To stop up a certain road in Upper Moutere, commencing at the S.E. boundary of section numbered 96, and proceeding through the said section 32 chains N.W., and terminating at the north-east side of said section (96).
Also to stop up a portion of road lying between sections numbered respectively 94, L of 36, and 35, about 19 chains.
And to substitute, in place thereof, a certain other road, 60 links in width, commencing at the N.W. corner of section 38; thence 5 chains E., thence northwards under the hills about 85 chains through sections numbered respectively 96, 38, 375, 2 of 181, 1 of 36, and 34.
And also to make certain portions of new road in the same locality, 60 links in width, and more particularly described as follows :—The portion of road in section numbered 2 of 181, to commence at the road dividing the said section from the section numbered 95, and following the south-east boundary line of section numbered 2 of 181, 9 chains, to where it joins the proposed road and there terminating. Also, a portion of road of the same width as above, commencing at the road dividing sections numbered respectively 94 and 95, thence about 3 chains in an easterly direction to join the main road.
