DONALD MCGREGOR, District, The Matakitaki.

Being all that portion of grass country situated about 25 miles up the Matakitaki, comprising the grass flats on both sides of that river for a distance of about four miles; bounded on the west by the wooded range forming the dividing ranges between Matakitaki and Maruia; on the east, by wooded ranges forming the dividing ranges between Matakitaki and Tutaki; on the north by timber country stretching across the valley; on the south by timber country and branch creek, name unknown.

Estimated extent, 5,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £10.

W. L. FOWLER—District, Upper Waiau-ua.

Bounded on the north, by hills adjoining Maling's Pass; on the west by Mr. Travers' first application; on the east by the dividing range from the river Clarence; and on the south by a line so as to include under 10,000 acres.
