it strikes the northern boundary
of Edwards' smaller run, thence
by the northern boundary of
Edwards' smaller run to its north-
west angle, and thence by a line
running in a westerly direction
to the saddle dividing the sources
of the Rivers Ann and Boyle;
on the west and north-west, by
the Rivers Ann and Henry to
where the latter runs into the
Waiau-ua, and thence by the
Waiau to the junction of the
River Ada with it.

acres.
