All the above Allotments are subject to a
reservation for right of roads, the deductions
for which have been made in the price, as
provided in the 44th clause of the Land
Regulations.

IN accordance with the provisions of
the Land Regulations of the 15th Feb.,
1860, clause V. Notice is hereby given, that
the undermentioned Sections of Land on the
hills between the head of the Wai-iti and the
River Motueka, are withdrawn from sale,
viz.:—

Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 of square No. 5,
of the plan of the province of Nelson.

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, EDWARD
Dow, of the District of Suburban Col-
lingwood, Farmer, hereby give notice, that I
intend to apply to two or more Justices of
the Peace, having jurisdiction within the
Province of Nelson, at a sitting to be held at
the Court House, Collingwood, in the Pro-
vince of Nelson, on MONDAY, the 4th day
of August, 1862, at Eleven o\'clock in the
forenoon, for an order for making the under-
mentioned Road; and that I shall cause
Survey Plans of the said road proposed to
be made, together with the Books of reference
and Estimates, to be deposited with the
Clerk to the Resident Magistrate at Colling-
wood, and with the Chief Constable for the
District.

To make a certain Road in the District of
Suburban Collingwood, thirty feet in
width, commencing at a creek or section
numbered 184 on the plan of the said dis-
trict, and distant 300 links from the
South-east corner thereof, and proceed-
ing thence in a Westerly direction 400
links, thence in a Northerly direction
through sections numbered respectively
184, 183, 182, in the said plan and there
terminating.
