November 15, 1861.

THE New Cemetery on the Suburban North Road being now available for interment, his Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that, in accordance with the provisions of the 22nd Clause of the "Public Cemeteries Act, 1859," the Twenty-fifth day of November instant is hereby fixed as the day from and after which no burial shall take place in the Public Cemeteries in the City of Nelson, known as Reserves B and D on the plan of the said City.

WE, ALFRED DOMETT and JOHN POYNTER, Commissioners duly appointed to hear and decide CLAIMS to LAND by persons claiming title thereto, from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, Do hereby decide that the persons whose names are hereunder written, and whose claims have been referred to us by his Honor the Superintendent, are duly entitled to the Crown Grants for Land, the particulars whereof are set opposite their respective names.
