Maruia, thence in a north-easter-
ly direction by the said River
Warwick for three miles, thence
by forest land to the Kopi-o-kai,
or Cannibal's Gorge; thence
crossing the River Maruia and
proceeding in a south south-west
and westerly direction by the
edge of the forest land to the
Ruhu stream, thence bounded
by the forest land extending from
the Ruhu stream to Mount Bur-
nett, to the point where the
River Warwick falls into the
Maruia.
Estimated Extent, 25,000 acres.

SALISBURY and DUTTON—District, The
Batten.
The land lying parallel to and on
each side of the River Batten,
between the range of hills divid-
ing the Wangapeka from the Bat-
ten and the range running from
the Batten towards Mount
Arthur; being all the land other
than the three hundred acres of
freehold land belonging to them
available for pasture.

W. COLLINS—District, the Amuri.
Boundaries—On the north by the
Snowy Peak; east by Mr. Dam-
pier's Run; south by the River
Hurunui; west by a large lake.
