NOTICE is hereby given, that the undermentioned ALLOTMENTS of LAND will be put up to Auction, at the Crown Land Office, Nelson, on Saturday, the 2nd November, 1861, at Twelve o'clock noon.
Ten per cent. of the purchase money to be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder to be paid within one month, or the deposit forfeited.

I HEREBY certify that BERNARD CHARLES BEALE, has this day produced before me his Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and Certificate from the Apothecaries' Hall, London, and has thereby qualified himself as a Medical Practitioner, in terms of the Ordinance, Session I., No. 2, of the Province of Nelson, intituled "An Ordinance to define the qualifications and provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners."
