ward, by the boundary of
Timms's or Carter's (most pro-
bably Carter's) run, about 12
miles down the River Clarence.
Estimated extent—20,000 acres.

W. M'Gowan . District—Amuri.
Over so much Crown Land as
shall be found to be in excess
of the quantity originally es-
timated in the run at present
licensed to J. S. Caverhill, and
which has been stocked by him
according to that estimate.
Estimated extent—About 10,000
acres.
Deposit paid—£15.

John Lindsay . District—Golden Bay.
Boundaries—Northward, East-
ward, and Southward by wood-
ed ranges, and on the West-
ward, by sections numbered 2,
6, and 12, on square 8 of the
plan of the Province of Nelson.
Estimated extent—3,000 acres.
Deposit paid—£5.

H. E. Tuckey . District—West Coast.
Boundaries—On the North and
East, by the River Browning;
East and South, by the
River Irvine; West, by the
sea.
Estimated extent—25,000 acres.
Deposit paid—£50.

John Tinline . District—Amuri.
For all land available for depas-
turing stock which may be
found within the following
area, viz.:—From the junction
of the west and east branches
of the Lottery, following such
east branch to its source, and
from thence in a straight line
to the south-east extremity of
the run held by Mr. John
Carter; from thence along the
south boundary of Mr. Carter's
run for six and a quarter miles;
from thence in a straight line
to the source of that branch of
the Hanmer; then along the
Hanmer to the northern boun-
dary of the runs held by the
Messrs. Tinline and Fisher, and
along such northern boundary
to the said junction of the west
and east branches of the Lot-
tery.
Estimato of available land—
20,000 acres.
Deposit paid—£30.
