APPLICATIONS for DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Nelson Land Regulations under the Waste Lands Act, 1858, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands during the month of February, 1860 :—

Boundaries—Being for the unsold land comprised within the space made by a line drawn from the North-easterly corner of Section, No. 63, Suburban North, to the South-west corner of Section 62, Happy Valley; bounded on the Southward by the said line; and on the Westward, Northward, and Eastward, by the land purchased to this date.
Estimated extent—4,500 acres.

Boundaries—On the North and West by the sea; on the South, by a line drawn from the south end of Tata Bay, and eastward by the dividing range between Awaroa and Massacre Bay; on the East, by the dividing range above mentioned and the sea.
