APPLICATIONS for DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Nelson Land Regulations under the Waste Lands Act, 1858, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands during the month of February, 1860 :—
T. C. Batchelor . District—Suburban North.

Boundaries—Being for the unsold land comprised within the space made by a line drawn from the North-easterly corner of Section, No. 63, Suburban North, to the South-west corner of Section 62, Happy Valley; bounded on the Southward by the said line; and on the Westward, Northward, and Eastward, by the land purchased to this date.
Estimated extent—4,500 acres.
Deposit paid—£10. | J. and A. Bow . | District—Massacre Bay.
Boundaries—On the North and West by the sea; on the South, by a line drawn from the south end of Tata Bay, and eastward by the dividing range between Awaroa and Massacre Bay; on the East, by the dividing range above mentioned and the sea.
Estimated extent—10,000 acres.

Boundaries—Bounded on the North and West by purchased land; on the South, by the River Wairoa.
Estimated extent—3,000 acres.

Boundaries—On the North by the wooded ranges; South, by the River Hope; East, by the River Waiau; West, by the wooded ranges.
Estimated extent—Under 6,000 acres.

Boundaries—North, by the River Waiau or Dillon; West, by Big Bush lying to westward of small grassy valley, and north of Lake Marion; on the East, by the country applied for by Messrs. Brunner and Sharp; on the South, by the extreme limit of available country.
Estimated extent—10,000 acres.
Deposit paid—£15. | J. G. and W. Shrimpton. | District—Amuri.
Boundaries—On the South-east by the most southern branch of the River Wai-au-ua; on the North-west, by part of main branch of Waiau; on the South-west, by forest; on the North-east, by main or middle branch of Waiau.
Estimated extent—3,000 acres.
