Mr. ROBERT PICKETT, to be Chief Clerk.
Mr. ROBERT POLLOCK, to be Assistant do.
Mr. ROBERT STRANGE, to be Sergeant-Major of Police for the district of Massacre Bay.
Mr. ALEXANDER WRAGG, to be District Constable for the district of Suburban North.

HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notified, that the POUND for the District of Waimea West has been removed to Section No. 129, Waimea West, and that Mr. JOHN KERR, junior, has been appointed Keeper thereof.

Boundaries not to be definitively settled until a plan of the run has been sent in as required by the Regulations.

I HEREBY certify that WILLIAM BYERS SEALY has this day produced before me his Diploma as Doctor of Medicine from the University of St. Andrew, his Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and his Certificate from the Apothecaries' Hall, London, and has thereby qualified himself as a Medical Practitioner under the terms of the Ordinance of the Provincial Council of New Munster, Session I., no 2, of 1849, intituled "An Ordinance to define the Qualification, and to provide for the Remuneration, in certain cases, of Medical Practitioners."
