Board of Trustees, to enclose you a correct

Trustees, by which the character of the
Nelson College, its fundamental conditions,
the mode of appointment, and succession of its
Governors are exhibited; and to express their
regret that, by inadvertence, a copy of the
resolutions was forwarded to your Honour
in which there were some most important
omissions.
