Waimea West, along the Sea Coast to
the northernmost angle of section number
1, Suburban-south district, thence by
the northern boundary line of said section
number 1 to the western boundary of the
district of the Nelson Board of Works,
thence along the last-named boundary to
section number XII., rural, Suburban-
south, thence by a straight line across the
said section XII. to the northernmost
angle of section number XI., rural,
Suburban-south, thence along the north-
eastern boundary of the district,
in a straight line eastward to the eastern
boundary of the district;
Eastward, by a straight line in the same
direction as the eastern boundary line
of Suburban-north district, commencing
seven miles from the southern boundary
of the last-named district, and running
twenty-three and a-half miles;
Southward, by a line running from the ter-
mination of the eastern boundary of the
district hereby constituted, at right angles
to the said boundary, in a westerly direc-
tion, for six miles;
Westward, by a straight line running from
the termination of the last-mentioned
boundary to the south-west corner of
section number 1, Pigeon Valley, thence
by the western side of the road bounding
sections numbered 1, 14, 15, and 16, and
thence to the south-west angle of section
number 189, Moutere district, and thence
by a straight line running to the com-
mencement of the northern boundary
aforesaid, at the north-west angle of sec-
tion number 25, Waimea-west.

MOUTERE DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:

Northward, by a line from the south-west
corner of section number 74, Motueka, to
the north-west angle of section number
44, Moutere, thence by a straight line to
the south-west angle of section number
29, Moutere, along the western boundary
of sections numbered 29, 28, 11, 9, and
7, Moutere, along the northern boundary
of sections numbered 7 and 5, to the
Moutere river, and thence by the Moutere
river to section number 203, Moutere;
Eastward, by highwater mark, from section
number 203, Moutere, to section number
1, Moutere;
Southward, by highwater mark from said
section number 1, Moutere, to the north-
west angle of section number 25, Waimea-
west district, and thence by a straight
line to the south-west angle of section
number 189, Moutere district;
Westward, by a straight line from the last-
named point to the south-west angle of
section number 74, Motueka district.

MOTUEKA DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:

Northward and eastward, by a line running
along highwater mark from the mouth of
the Motueka river to the mouth of the
Moutere river;
Southward, by a line from the mouth of the
Moutere river to section number 172,
Motueka, and thence by the western boun-
dary of Moutere district, along the
west side of section number 74 to the
Moutere river, and thence by the Mo-
tueka river to where the northern boun-
dary commences.

RIWAKA DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:

Northward, by a line from the north-east
angle of section number 28, Motueka, to
the south-west angle of section number
97, Motueka;
Eastward, by highwater mark;
Southward, by the banks of the Motueka
river to the north-west angle of section
number 74;
Westward, by a line from the north-west
angle of section number 74 to section
number 28, Motueka.

MOTUPIPI DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:

Northward, by a line along highwater mark,
from the end of the road through section
number 77 to the north-east corner of
section number 151;
Eastward, by a line from the last-named
point to the south-east corner of section
number 153, and thence to the Takaka
river, at the south-east corner of section
number 184;
Southward, by a line from the last-named
point to the south-east angle of section
number 148, and thence by a line due
west for two miles;
Westward, by a line running due north for
nine and a-half miles from the termina-
tion of the southward boundary to the
south-west corner of section number 74,
and thence by a straight line to the com-
mencement of the northern boundary.

WAIRAU DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:

Northward, by a line from the Top House
to the river Tua Marina, running parallel
with the north bank of the Wairau river,
at a distance of five miles;
