NOTICE is hereby given, that Decisions in favour of the undermentioned Applicants for Depasture Stock have been given, in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Land Regulations of 1st July, 1856:—

Thomas Ward : Between Wairau Gorge and the Acheron, outside the boundaries of run applied for by G. H. Myers, 20,000 acres.

W. R. Cator : East Wairau, 7,000 acres.

Edward Merson Templer : West of the Grey River, 35,000 acres.

George and Henry Lee : East of the Grey River, 60,000 acres.

T. H. Harrison : East of the Grey River, 10,000 acres.

John Scott Caverhill : The Hope and Waiau Rivers, 20,000 acres.

James Wilson : Waiau River, 10,000 acres.

William Robinson, Upper Clarence, 6,000 acres.

J. W. A. Watts : Hanmer Plain, 8,000 acres.

George Macrae : Lower Clarence, 20,000 acres.

William Atkinson : Clarence River, 20,000 acres.

J. D. Tetley : Clarence River, 20,000 acres.

Cyrus Goulter : Clarence River, 20,000 acres.

John Korr : Roturoa, 10,000 acres.

Alexander Monro : Clarence River, 20,000 acres.

G. H. Myers : Upper Waihopai, 10,000 acres.

Boundaries not to be definitively settled until plans of the runs have been sent in, as required by the Regulations.

APPLICATIONS for Depasturage Licenses, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 1st July, 1856, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, to the 30th September, 1858:—

William Collins . District—Amuri.
Boundaries—On the North, by the Snowy Peaks; East, by Mr. Dampier's run; South, by the river Hurunui; West, by a large lake.
Estimated extent—Twenty thousand acres.
Deposit paid—£30.

Richard Mason . District Hurunui.
Boundaries—On the North, by the foot of the Grampian Hills; South, by the river Hurunui; on the East, by the head of Lake Sumner; and on the Westward, by a stream falling into the Hurunui from the North, at a point about eight miles westward from the western end of Lake Sumner.
Extent—Five thousand acres.
Deposit paid—£15.
