I HEREBY certify that ALFRED BROOKS has this day produced before me his Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and his Certificate from the Apothecaries' Hall, London, and has thereby QUALIFIED himself as a MEDICAL PRACTITIONER under the Ordinance of the Provincial Council of New Munster, Session I., No. 2, passed the 18th May, 1849, intituled "An Ordinance to define the Qualifications and to provide for the Remuneration in certain Cases of Medical Practitioners."
