APPLICATION for a DEPASTURAGE
License, in accordance with the Land
Regulations of 1st July, 1856, received by the
Commissioner of Crown Lands during the
month of October, 1857.

Messrs. Kolling's, Major Rus-
soll's, and G. Myers' runs; on
the East, by Dr. Robertson's
western boundary; on the West,
by the back boundary of Mr.
Schroder's run, and the Wairau
gorge and valley; on the South,
by Mr. Saxton's northern
boundary.
Estimated extent—About twenty
thousand acres.
Deposit paid—£30.

HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it
to be notified, that, in accordance with
the provisions of the 14th clause of an Act
passed by the General Assembly of New Zea-
land, in its second session, intituled the "Nel-
son Trust Funds Act, 1854," he has appointed
ROBERT POLLOCK, Esq.,
an Auditor of the Trust Accounts, in the place
of Henry Seymour, Esq., who has left the
colony.

1857:—
Page 113, for "Upper nnd Lower Wake-
field," read "Wakefield," only; and
for "W. Bell," in the Committee for

Committee of Wakefield," instead of
