THOMAS J. THOMPSON, Esq., and
SAMUEL KINGDON, Esq.,
Commissioners to inquire into and report upon Claims for Compensation, in accordance with the provisions of the Compensation Act of the Provincial Council of Nelson, Session IV., No. 1.

HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the following gentlemen have been elected to form Local Committees under the provisions of the "Education Act," for the undermentioned Districts respectively:—

TOWN OF NELSON.
Messrs. Henry Cooper Daniell, Oswald Curtis, James Lugsdin Bailey, Donald Sinclair, David Rough, Alfred Domett, William Norgrove, William Gardiner, and William Moses Stanton.

SUBURBAN-NORTH.
Messrs. Arthur S. Collins, Thomas Dodson, Thomas Doughty, William Dyson, John Humphrey, James Mackay, Conrad H. Manssen, Edmund Wastney, and William Wells.

SUBURBAN-SOUTH.
