along the boundary fence of the said Section numbered 27 for about 12 chains, and thence in a southerly direction for about 14 chains until it joins the aforesaid road leading up the valley of the river Lud, and also a road to branch from the aforesaid road, crossing the Happy Valley stream at the ford, and terminating at the road leading to Mr. Close's.
To stop up a road in the district of Suburban South, leading from the trunk line of road and proceeding in a south-easterly direction through Suburban Section numbered 6 on the district plan, about 36 chains in length, and terminating at a distance of 3 chains on the same line of road, running through Section numbered 7 on the same plan.
And to substitute in the place thereof a certain other road in the said district, 60 links in width, and commencing at Ngatitama-street, and running in a southerly direction through corner of Section numbered 3, Block D, and, proceeding through Section numbered 6, terminates where it joins the road running through Section numbered 7 on the said plan.
To stop up part of a certain road in the district of Waimea East, commencing at about two chains north of Section numbered 135, and running along the frontage of Section numbered 137, the total length being about 17 chains.
And to substitute in the place thereof a certain other road in the said district, 75 links in width, and commencing at the aforesaid road, and running in a westerly direction through Section numbered 173 on the plan of the district, and terminating at the road on the banks of the river Wairoa.
