PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor EDWARD WILLIAM STAFFORD, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand.

I, THE SUPERINTENDENT of the Province of Nelson, do hereby proclaim that the Allotments of Land specified in the accompanying Schedule will be put up to Auction, at the Crown Land Office, Nelson, on FRIDAY, the 7th day of March, 1856, at Twelve o'clock.

Ten per cent. of the purchase money may be deposited at the sale, and the remainder paid within one month, or the deposit forfeited.

Given under my hand, at Nelson, in the Province of Nelson aforesaid, this twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six.
