PROCLAMATION.
By his Honor EDWARD WILLIAM STAFFORD, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand.
I, THE SUPERINTENDENT of the Province of Nelson, do hereby proclaim that the Allotments of Land specified in the accompanying Schedule will, in accordance with the terms of the Land Regulations of the Tenth day of March, 1853, be put up to Auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Nelson, on SATURDAY, the Twelfth day of May next, at Twelve o'clock.
Ten per cent. of the purchase money may be deposited at the time of sale, and the remainder paid within one month, or the deposit forfeited.
Given under my hand at Nelson aforesaid, this Tenth day of April, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five.
