PROCLAMATION.

By his Honor EDWARD WILLIAM
STAFFORD, Esquire, Superintendent
of the Province of Nelson, in the
Islands of New Zealand.

I, THE SUPERINTENDENT of the
Province of Nelson, do hereby pro-
claim that the Allotments of Land specified
in the accompanying Schedule will be put
up to Auction, at the Crown Land Office,
Nelson, on THURSDAY, the 19th day of
April, 1855, at Twelve o'clock.

Ten per cent. of the purchase money may
be deposited at the sale, and the remainder
paid within one month, or the deposit for-
feited.

Given under my hand, at Nelson, in the
Province of Nelson aforesaid, this first
day of March, one thousand eight
hundred and fifty-five.
