persons desirous of Contracting to supply
Red Pine, White Pine, and Totara Sawn
Timber, to be delivered at the Gaol, in
quantities of not less than 400 feet, board
measure.

I HEREBY certify that JOHN RULE has
this day submitted to me proof of his
Qualification as a Member of the Royal
College of Surgeons, England, and has
thereby qualified himself as a Medical
Practitioner, under the Ordinance of the
Provincial Council of New Munster, Sess. I.,
No. 2, passed the 18th May, 1849, intituled
"An Ordinance to define the Qualifications,
and to provide for the Remuneration in
certain cases, of Medical Practitioners."
