I HEREBY certify that EDWARD BLACK-MORE has this day produced before me his Diploma, as Doctor of Medicine, from the Royal Academy, at Edinburgh, and has thereby qualified himself as a Medical Practitioner under the Ordinance of the Provincial Council of New Munster, Session I., No. 2, passed the 18th day of May, 1849, intituled "An Ordinance to define the Qualifications, and to provide for the Remuneration, in certain cases, of Medical Practitioners."
