All Public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed, are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

NOTICE.

I, THE Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice that at noon on TUESDAY, the Twelfth day of January next, the Allotments of Town Land, Suburban Land, and Rural Land, set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be put up to Auction and offered for sale by public competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of “The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867.”

Ten per cent. of the purchase money must be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder within one month, or the deposit will be forfeited.

Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, this Eleventh day of December, 1874.
