Boards Empowering Act, 1871,

shall, upon and after the first day of July, 1874, extend and apply to the Towns of Picton and Havelock, and to the Counties of Picton, Pelorus, Wairau, Awatere, and Kaikoura, in the said Province, and to the Boards of Works and Road Boards of the said Towns and Counties respectively.
