NOTICE.

I THE Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice, that at Noon on Wednesday, the Eighth day of July next, the Allotments of Suburban Land and Rural Land set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be put up to Auction and offered for Sale by Public Competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, at the Upset Prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867."

Ten per cent. of the purchase money must be paid at the Sale, and the remainder within one month, or the deposit will be forfeited.

Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, this Fifth day of June, 1874.
